Hi, this is my life
So this is why I’ve been MIA – my PhD qualifiying exams are in three (3) days and I’ve been furiously trying to read through and master roughtly 60 books on science and policy theory (with little success). In between that I’ve been grading hundreds of papers and trying to whip up some hats & winter wares. So…this is what I’ve been doing -
This hat was made for a scientist currently living in WA. He’s cleaning his lab and taking off on a impromptu and spontaneous adventure across Africa and wanted an appropriately bohemian hat to wear along the way.
And yeah, a whole other ton of stuff in the shop…hopefully after my exams are over (and I move on to writing my dissertation proposal), it’ll be time to start making Christmas presents. *confetti*
good luck on your exams! they sound intense. i love all of your new creations–the pointy gnome/elf hats you make are my favorite. they look so perfect for skipping through the forest, which is exactly what i wish i was doing right now!
haha I really love those pointy hats – I’m going to a Christmas Sweater party in December and I think it’ll be the perfect thing to wear!
